The Krantzkloof Conference Centre is managed by the Kloof Conservancy/Krantzkloof Honorary Officers who will handle all bookings and arrangements. The venue is currently hired on “hire the space” basis and there are no add on services available. This will change during 2016 once the alterations are complete and a management service is in place.

Please note that this is a non-profit organisation and all income generated from this facility is ploughed back into the Krantzkloof Nature Reserve. By hiring this venue you are supporting the preservation of our environment.

Capacity Limits for Functions

The centre is able to accommodate up to 70 guests inside the centre – this can be increased to 100 guests through the erection of a tent with flooring on the lawn area (additional costs apply).

Functions requiring more than 100 guests cannot be accommodated due to the limited space.
